Q. How do we collect the keys for the property ?

The keys are held in a lock box at the villa.  The code will be provided for you along with driving directions from either Sanford or Orlando Int airports in your arrival information which will be sent approximately 2 weeks before departure.

Q. Do we have to take any towels, bedding etc..

No, All bedding and towels are provided (please bring your own bedding if you plan to use the travel cot provided).  Spare sets are available too. Please do not remove bath towels from the villa. We have provided beach towels for use around the pool and these may be taken with you on your days out and returned to the villa after use.  All plates, cutlery, glassware and cooking utensils are also provided.  We do ask that for safety reasons glassware is kept away from the pool area, plastic ones are available for outdoor use. We also provide hair dryers in each bedroom.

Q. What pool safety is provided ?

A pool fence is provided around the pool for child safety, which can be removed if not required. Also the patio door is alarmed, so you will be able to hear when the door is opened.

Q. Can the pool be heated ?

Yes the pool can be heated, but this is charged separately. It is recommended during the cooler months from October to March.  A pool blanket is also provided, so that it can be covered over on a night time to keep the heat in. This way the pool will be warm for those early morning swims.

Q. Who do i get flights from ?

Thomson flights, Mytravel, First Choice, Thomas Cook, Cosmos and Travel City Direct operate charter flights from various UK airports to Orlando Sanford airport. These are mostly 7 or 14 night duration. 

Scheduled flights from the UK to Orlando International include Virgin Atlantic, British Airways, Delta and American Airlines.  These operate most days of the week from major airports.

The charter flights tend to be cheaper depending on which time of the year you wish to travel. They also offer more departure airports. Virgin Atlantic fly direct from Manchester and Gatwick.

Q. Where can i purchase theme park tickets ?

For guests travelling from the UK we have found that Theme Park Direct are one of the cheapest on the web. We have used this company several times ourselves and have never had any problems. Theme park tickets do tend to be a lot cheaper if you pre-purchase them in the UK.
