Deposit A deposit of £100 per week is required at the time of booking. Once accepted, the deposit is non refundable. The remaining balance is to be paid no later than 8 weeks before travel.

Rates are inclusive of all taxes For rental periods of 5 nights or less a £50 cleaning fee is also payable. Rates are for the villa and not per person.
